Subject to room availability. Room redemption becomes effective on Nov 1 2024. Further, we reserve the right to modify the seasons and/or the room tiers at any moment and at our sole discretion. Redemption rates are inclusive of taxes and fees. Standard Rooms will be Superior or Deluxe rooms at the St. Regis Resort. One-Bedroom Suites will be 1 Bedroom Suites at the St. Regis Resort. Presidential Suites will be the Silver Queen, the Aspen Mountain or the Presidential Suite at the St. Regis Resort. Descriptions of the rooms may be found at https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hotels/asexr-the-st-regis-aspen-resort/rooms. We intend to apply for a trading symbol, or “ticker”, for the RSRVA Tokens in advance of any secondary trading on the tZERO ATS. This symbol could be “RSRVA” or another symbol that is approved by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and will be communicated to holders in advance of any secondary trading. See PPM for more details/disclosures. Investors will receive an invite to the RSRV Benefits Portal to access room redemption.
